Yes, when loading any myBizSURF promo (except myBiz Goal), data can stack. Data allocations will be added together and the validity of the promo with the longest validity will apply.

If you load to any myBiz Goal promos or myBizSURF15 on top of any other myBizSURF or GoSURF50 promo, the 1GB daily refresh allocation will be consumed first and will be valid for 1 day only.
