Terms of Acceptance

Applicant should be:

• Registered:

   - Small and Medium Business with SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) tagged in the GBU list.

   - Small and Medium Business with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)

   - Multipurpose Cooperative with Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)

• Have a valid local billing address (P.O. Box and Business box address is not acceptable)
• Able to provide a contact number (Landline/Mobile Number) for verification. Preferably Landline Number.

Company-applicant type:

• Small and Medium Business (SMB) Company

   -Companies with ranking of 5,001 and below

Note: Enterprise Company (Application shall be endorsed to Enterprise Sales for proper handling)

   -Top 1 - 5,000 companies in SEC ranking are under Enterprise
