The handset I availed is defective. What should I do?

Call our business hotline via (02)730-1288 or you can chat with us and ask assistance to the customer service representative for your handset replacement request. It should be reported within 7 days otherwise, it is subject for approval or repair. Please be advised that handset repair and replacement for Blackberry and Nokia are no longer accommodated. If request for approval of handset replacement beyond the TAT(7 days) doesn’t approved, visit the nearest Authorized Service Center (ASC) for handset repair.
