What happens if I want to downgrade my Plan MSF commitment or terminate my plan while within my lockup period?

You will be charged with a downgrade or pre-termination fee with the computation as follows:

Within Contract Period and without new gadget	Downgrade Fee = P550 Admin Fee + [(HBP-cash out)/lock-up period)]*remaining months in contract	Preterm Fee = P550 Admin Fee + [(HBP-cash out)/lock-up period)]*remaining months in contract	No Admin Fee, but gadget lock-up is maintained.	No Admin Fee, but gadget lock-up is maintained.
