How do I reprint my monthly bill?

If you’re already enrolled in our Paperless Billing service, you can always download your paperless monthly bill that’s been sent to you in your email address to PDF format and have it printed if you want to have your own paper copy. We can still also send you your monthly bills in hard-copy/paper form if you request for it, but we’ll charge you with a fee of P50 per month which will be shown on your monthly bill. Senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs) are exempted from paying this fee if they request for paper copies of their bill.
