All deliveries under myBusiness account should be to the office address. Any deviation ( delivery to address is residential, or an address other than the company address or billing address that is declared in the system) would require a memo justifying reason for the deviation from the Regional Sales Head provided it is limited to only 1 unit delivery per residential address. If request came from account holder or Authorized Representative, delivery to residential address or any address other than what is declared in the system is allowed without the approval of Regional Sales Head.
I will avail a handset through hotline and I want it to be delivered at my residence address, would it be possible?
