What account details are included on my Globe bill, and what do they mean?

Your Globe bill consists of complete details of your account and payable transactions so that we can give you the guarantee of no-hidden-charges. These customer details are:

the name and address that’s registered to your account
the due date of when you should pay, as well as the total amount that you should pay
a complete and specific breakdown of your total charges
the specific list of charges and payments from your previous bill, and a list of places where you can pay your Globe bill.
More importantly, you’ll see in your bill the monthly postpaid plan you’ve subscribed to along with a breakdown of your plan’s components and any added-on promos you subscribed to. For more information on how to read the details on your monthly bill.
