How do I activate my roaming service?

To request roaming activation for your phone, Feel free to  chat with us right now by clicking the chat button on the lower right of your screen. You can also contact your Globe myBusiness Account Manager, or calling the Globe myBusiness hotline at (02) 7301288. Please request your roaming activation at least 48 hours before your flight. Then, choose which mobile number will have their roaming services activated. Once you’ve contacted us and we’ve received your request, you’ll then receive a text message notification once your roaming service’s been activated and is ready to use. Please take note that for Corporate Managed accounts, your company’s authorized representative must be the one who will request for roaming activation. For discounts and to better maximize your budget, we suggest that you register to one of our roaming promos!
