I am an existing myBusiness Postpaid customer, can I apply for the new myBusiness Postpaid Plan?

Yes. You can apply for the new myBusiness Postpaid Plan, provided that you are outside of your lock-in period. If you are still within the lock-in period, there's a corresponding fee payable if you choose to downgrade; and also, if you want to keep the same plan or upgrade, you can do so at no cost.

What are the requirements needed if I choose to change my plan to the new myBusiness Postpaid Plan?

If your credit limit can accommodate the new plan Monthly Fee, then there is no need to submit any additional requirements. If your current credit limit doesn't cover the new plan Monthly Fee, then you would need to submit additional proof of financial capacity.

Are you required to shift to the new myBusiness Postpaid Plan?

No. You're not required to shift to the new myBusiness Postpaid Plan but if you choose to change, you may not revert to your old plan.
