Will there be changes on my account?

We’ll be assigning you with a new account number, but your mobile number, DUO number, and any other existing plan details will remain the same.

We’re sorry for the trouble, but if you’re currently enrolled to any of our online bills services (Bills payment via auto-debit feature), you can enroll using your new account number though our myBusiness website at mybusiness.globe.com.ph.

We’re doing our best to make sure you don’t experience any service interruptions during the migration. If you encounter any concerns, please send us an email at mybusinesscare@globe.com.ph.
