How will I know if I am already on Globe's LTE network?

Make sure your mobile data connection is turned ON

For Android: Pull down your Android bar > tap on Mobile Data

For iOS: Go to Data Settings > General > Cellular > Toggle Cellular Data to ON

You must enable Cellular Data on your device to connect to our LTE network. You should be able to see the letters "LTE" beside the signal bars if you are in an area covered by LTE.
