How do I change or upgrade my plan?

You may request to change or upgrade your plan by sending an email to mybusinesscare@globe.com.ph.

Note that a downgrade fee may apply if you will downgrade your plan within your contract period.

If your account is under your company’s name, the request should come from your company’s authorized representative. You may also submit a letter of request signed by your company’s authorized representative plus a copy of his or her ID.
